How to Apply
What are the billing and refund procedures?

A nonrefundable application fee of $25 is due with the application. A deposit of $500 is due within three weeks of acceptance in order to reserve a place in the program. One half of the semester tuition is due 60 days before the start of the program; the balance is due in full 30 days before the program start date.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal 60 or more days before the program start date - 100% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
- Withdrawal 59 to 30 days before the program start date - 50% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
- Withdrawal 29 days before to 14 days after the program start date - 25% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
- Withdrawal 15 or more days after the program start date - NO REFUND.
Your nonrefundable deposit and registration fees may be applied toward another CELL program within 24 months, if accepted.
