Centered on food and community:
The food component is focused on waste, local food, and thoughtful consumption. It involves growing my own food, attending farmers markets, composting, and consuming thoughtfully. The community aspect involves hosting ‘meatless monday’ meals for my non-vegetarian friends before weekly meetings, fostering discussions about local/seasonal vegetarian food.
