Our billing procedures

Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding billing and refunds.

• Due with application: a nonrefundable $25 application fee.
• Due within 3 weeks of acceptance: a nonrefundable $500 deposit to reserve your spot in the program.
• Due 60 days before the program: 50% of the tuition.
• Due 30 days before the program: the remaining balance.

Our refund policy

• Withdrawal 60 or more days before the program start date – 100% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
• Withdrawal 59 to 30 days before the program start date – 50% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
• Withdrawal 29 days before to 14 days after the program start date – 25% refund less nonrefundable deposit and registration fee.
• Withdrawal 15 or more days after the program start date – NO REFUND.

Your nonrefundable deposit and registration fees may be applied toward another CELL program within 24 months, if accepted.
